Mdm Lee is a personal lawyer with over 40 years of experience advising clients with their property, finance, family and estate planning matters. Many clients regard her as a trusted advisor and a number of them have also become close friends over the years.

For property and finance law, she is able to provide one-stop legal advice on all aspects of property transactions from sale and purchase, complex financing, structuring to lease and tenancy disputes.

For family law, she provides comprehensive advice from pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, child custody to Personal Protection Orders.

For estate planning law, she is able to assist clients on Wills, Grant of Probate, Letters of Administration, Lasting Power of Attorney and Mental Capacity Act Applications in Singapore.

Prior to co-founding YY Lee & Associates LLC, she was a founding partner of another recognised law firm in Singapore, and then a Consultant in an established law firm.

李律师毕业于圣尼各拉女校及新加坡大学(新加坡国立大学前身)法律系. 精通中英双语, 也能以方言如福建话,粤语交谈.
