Prior to co-founding YY Lee & Associates LLC, she was a founding partner of another recognised law firm in Singapore.

Yiyang is a personal lawyer with both in-house legal and practising lawyer experience. Her expertise includes property, finance, family and estate planning law.
She has extensive experience advising on both residential and commercial property transactions, which she developed during her career as a real estate lawyer with a leading international law firm in Singapore. Her experience includes advising both individuals and property developers on various aspects of a property’s lifecycle from sale and purchase, financing, leasing and disputes.
In the areas of family and estate planning law, she is able to advise on a wide range of legal issues including divorce, wills, probate and mental capacity.
Prior to co-founding YY Lee & Associates, she worked as a real estate lawyer in an international law firm and in-house counsel for a major government-linked company in Singapore.
